I had the most amazing time in NYC and Donnie is truly an amazing gal! We literally shopped till we dropped. She did the majority of the damage but I did pick up the things that were on my wish-list.
Ok so at Aritzia, Donnie and I fell in love with this dress (above). After putting it on a it was a bit of a fail. The fit was perfect and I liked it but I didn’t feel like myself in the dress. I think the dress made me look like a 12yr old girl and I’m a major tomboy when it comes to my fashion taste. I think I own 5 dresses which are in rotation for weddings, events and things like that (sad but true). Being a bit more masculine makes me feel mature and confident. Donnie says I need to venture out and try new things and she is right! I just hate the idea of puffy skirts, bows, hearts and floral prints. I digress, I’m working on it I promise!
Gimmicky yes but who wouldn’t want to get a cupcake from a cool pink ATM (look at that tourist shot)? I wish I was recording when my hand got stuck in the little doorway, they should warn people it will close like an elevator door in just a matter of seconds! I advise to take your pictures once you take your cupcakes out of the ATM.
We went to an asian restaurant called Red Egg for lunch. Totally recommend the place because the food was excellent, service not so much though . . .

Overall I had a great time besides the whole bus incident and not being able to go to Lush (sad face). Watch the vlog down below to see what we were up to for the day. Hope you guys enjoy my first vlog!
