Essie released their new Spring 2014 collection and I was on the fence about one of the shades until I saw Lily’s post! As you all know I’ve been on a blue nail frenzy and I’ve added one more to the line-up. Essie Truth or Flare is a grey toned blue with a cream finish. Its opaque in two coats and the formula is a gel-like consistency.

This shade is definitely worth picking up, I feel that all the other shades can either be duped or aren’t that appealing to me.

I do love a good blue  . . .
