Spring is somewhat here due to the wacky weather, one day it’s in the 70’s and the next I find snow on my car? Either way the makeup bag is prepped for all occasions! I’m using this snake skin looking clutch I picked up at Cotton On which does the job and satisfies my monochrome obsession.
- Chanel Les Beiges Powder in 20 – My touch-up powder of choice. It’s a tad light for me but it works great for theT-zone.
- Hourglass Arch Brow Sculpting Pencil – I love that the formula is tacky enough to keep bushy brows in place and has a spoolie on the end.
- YSL Gloss Volupté in 203 – One of my favorite gloss formulas that has made its way permanently in my bag. It’s a pretty creamy peach shade.
- M.A.C Morange – I always keep a bold lip around just in case I’m feeling a mid day change. Orange lips are so in right now and are one of my favorite colors for the warmer months.
- Chanel Perfection Lumiere Velvet in B40 – I just have a sample packet with me in the event that my face makeup melts off. I think of the craziest scenarios!
- Kevyn Aucoin Sculpting and Highlighting Cream Duo – I carry this not so much for the contouring portion but the highlighting cream is amazing! If my skin is lacking a bit of glow i’ll pop a bit of this on and my skin looks radiant.
- Bourjois Cream Blush in 01 – I find that cream blushes are great pick-me-ups throughout the day if your blush has faded.
- Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector in 04 – The gloss/balm hybrid that doesn’t require a mirror to apply, a must-have in my bag all year around!
- L’oreal Telescopic Shocking Waterproof Mascara – My eyelids are super oily so I carry a waterproof mascara to make sure my lashes keep their curl, think of it as if it were gel for your eyelashes.
- YSL Touché Éclat Pen in 03 – not a concealer per say but I works like one for me while bringing glow to the skin.
- Jouer Chocolat Eyeshadow – I don’t wear shadow everyday so if I wanted to spruce things up or have somewhere to be after work I can use this all over the lid. The texture of the shadow is creamy enough to apply with fingers.
- Caudalie Beauty Elixir – The best refreshing spray ever invented! It’s so soothing and makes your face makeup melt into the skin. I pop it in the fridge before I head out for a nice cooling effect.
- Maybelline Truffle Tease – Every girl needs a nude lipstick at all times. I’m in love with this shade and can’t get enough of it!
