It’s really easy to get distracted with todays modern technology. Being that I work on computers and other devices 90% of the day having a smartwatch adds some ease to my daily activity. Now I think for someone who rely’s on their tech will be able to relate to how I feel about this item but it’s also great for a busy mom/dad on-the-go. I’ve been wearing the new Movado BOLD Motion Engineered By HP smartwatch and I’m very impressed! The Bold series is my favorite to begin with because of the minimal design and overall craftsmanship.
The band is super comfortable and the watch itself has a nice big face (which I prefer), plus it’s my favorite color! It has the perfect combination of a matte and polished look without having to sacrifice Movados signature style. It’s a fully functional watch with a few added perks, it has a very discreet vibration and illumination alert that can be adjusted to your preference of priority.
I like the discretion aspect of the watch, especially if I’m in the middle of a meeting or dealing with a patient at work. I occasionally a phone call from school saying “Ms. Laboy, your son forgot his violin today”. Sometimes I’m just too busy with blogging, photoshoots and emails throughout the day that I leave my phone lying around the house so having my watch alert me with an incoming call is convenient for my lifestyle.

The watch coincides with its own app that allows you to set all your notifications and it even monitors your steps for the day (for all you fit people, I’m still working on it).

I honestly think Movado nailed the design and gave it the best of both worlds, beauty and smarts!
