Both the boy and I have been loving the new Carven scents that were just released. I’m very picky when it comes to my perfume and when I looked at the notes of L’Absolu, I new it was going to work with my body chemistry. When I initially smelled it straight from the nozzle I was a bit turned off because I couldn’t pick up the different scents so if you try this in-store make sure you spray it! It’s such a soft floral perfume but the sandalwood gives it just the right amount of spice so that it isn’t sickly sweet. Now I’m not too keen on tuberose but it’s done so subtly that you don’t even notice its there.
As I type this I ask the boy as to what his opinion is on the L’Eau Intense…yea… that’s why I’m the blogger. It’s a very fresh clean scent, everything the modern sophisticated man should smell like.
