Help me for I’m addicted to highlighter… I know I’m late to the party with these two but I was fearful that they’d look unnatural on the skin, well I was wrong. These powders from The Balm are gorgeous, the formula is somehow buttery once applied to the skin. I never have to worry about them looking glittery or chalky. I mentioned these in my May favs but they deserve their own post! I use my Wayne Goss #2 brush to apply this and then go over the highlighted areas with a damp beauty blender to help it melt that much more into the skin. You acheive more of a “sheen” effect with this technique.

I picked up Betty-Lou Manizer because of Teni’s most recent video, lawd she looked gaf! This is their “bronzing” powder but I just think its more of a bronzing highlight. This is legit J.Lo glow in a pan! I look a bit more tanned with this on and I love that it’s much more copper-toned than and orange shade. You really can’t go overboard with this highlight unless you’re very pale.

This is the infamous Mary-Lou Manizer, it’s sooooo good! Again I though it would be way too light for my skin complexion but it almost has this honey-pearlescent shimmer to it. It’s a very neutral shade and I feel flattering for a lot of skin complexions. I honestly can’t believe it took me this long to try it but I’m glad I stuck my finger in the tester, it was clean I promise!

If these are on your list to pick up, RUN!!!!!
