Dr. Dennis Gross Clinical Concentrate Boosters

clinicalconcentrateboosters

This little trio of treatments couldn’t have come at a better time because the past couple of weeks my skin has been super pissed off at me! I have oily-combo skin, I get the occasional odd spot here and there but for the most part my skin is pretty much normal. I’ve been using these for a few weeks now and I’ve noticed a tremendous difference in my skin’s texture and overall appearance. They help the skin with radiance, hydration and purification. They can also be mixed into your moisturizers and even foundation! Each bottle targets a certain area on your face containing ingredients to help combat whatever issues you might be dealing with. The consistency is a bit running and liquid like so they’re much lighter than a serum would be. They don’t feel heavy on the skin at all nor tacky.

Radiance Booster Ingredients – Linoleic Acid (rebuilds & produces new cells), Pyruvic Acid (reduces appearance of hyperpigmentation), Quercetin (provides brightening effect on the skin), Tartaric Acid (anti-againg AHA), Glycolic Acid (exfoliates), Retinol (anti-aging).

*I use this at night twice a week because it contains a chemical exfoliant and wouldn’t want to end up with dry skin if used everyday. It really helps with giving me nice glowing plump skin and it’s my favorite from the set!

Hydration Booster Ingredients – Hyaluronic Chronospheres (hydrates), Watermelon Extract (not the Beyonce kind), Centella Asiatica (something I’ve never heard of in my life but helps with healing & anti-aging).

*Again I have an oily T-zone and the rest of my face is dry to normal. I mix a few drops in with my moisturizer and it gives me that much more slip to really work in my foundation over top. If you’ve ever tried the Origins Drink Up Overnight Face Mask you love this stuff!

Purifying Booster Ingredients – Willow Bark (skin clearing), Witch Hazel (heals and calms), Lactic Acid (exfoliant).

*I had a massive breakout party going on all over my forehead but this really helped calm and clear it up. It almost worked instantly because I woke up the next day and it looked so much better.

The set to me is reasonably priced at $58 because when you think about it getting individual products that perform the same can cost anywhere from $25 and up. Each bottle contains 0.5 fl oz and a little goes a long way. They’re also vegan and paraben free so you aren’t putting crap on your face that can cause your skin problems to worsen! Plus the dinky glass bottles and pipets are too cute to pass up #bbloggeratheart

I was taking a look at these in Sephora the other day and was really tempted to give them a go although the price tag scared me off a bit. I’m tempted to go back and pick these up now. They sound lovely! xx
