I’ve been sick for a little over a month now on and off, having a good cup of tea is vital when I’m in this state. I picked out a few bits from Design Letters and put together my version of an “Adult Tea Set”. I’ve spoken about the Danish designer behind the typography and my love for the collection. Above I have the *Tea Pot, Espresso Cups, and Large Tray in pink. This will be great to use when I’m hosting a get together at the house (I must find friends that like tea) or just serving tea to help aid the common sore throat (current condition).
I’m huge on green, white and fruiter teas. I like to add honey and occasionally a scoop of sugar depending on what I’m craving that day. I can do jasmine tea at times but my absolute favorite is green tea! Here are the three that are currently in rotation. . .
- Tea Forte White Ambrosia – This is a white tea with notes of vanilla and coconut. This isn’t the norm for me but I really do enjoy how I can pick up all the favors. It’s soft, refreshing and sweet so no need for sugar!
- Bigelow Green Tea with Mango – This is a tea I always come back to, I’m a huge mango fan *Fun fact – Mango is my favorite fruit.
- Lipton Peach Mango White Tea – First of all let me start out by saying how much I hate Lipton tea! It has such a funny taste and I can’t figure out what it is. This tea on the other hand surprisingly tastes pretty darn good! I think my sister was the one who purchased it months ago and I’m still hooked.
I will be purchasing loose leaf tea sometime this week and wanted to know what are some of your favorites?
