It’s still cold around these parts, almost as if spring is teasing us showing its face whenever it feels like doing so. I’ll tell you something though, I’d rather it pour rain and be in the 50’s than slushy snow. I’ve taken some time off from blogging the past few days because my personal life has been hectic! My nephews first birthday just passed, I’ve been working overtime at my “real” job, my son just finished his PSSA testing, the stomach virus took the house by storm, and to be honest it has left me tired as shit. I feel like I can’t catch up on sleep or my to-do lists which drive me nuts but then again its life, things could be worse. I don’t stress easily nor am I the type to complain about miniscule issues I have going on. I do feel like I owe it to you all to be honest because my life isn’t perfect and to some it may be portrayed that way. I will say I’m starting to feel much better and looking forward to my trip to NYC which is less than 3 weeks away!

Todays post is me trying to embrace the feminine side of myself but still keeping the masculinity aspect of my style intact. The top is from COS and the pencil skirt is from Zara, I really like the combination of both pieces together! I added tights underneath for some extra warmth although the hair on my legs should suffice (haven’t shaved them in two days).

Glad to hear you’re feeling better and getting back on track! I’m loving the combination of those tights, that skirt and those ankle boots. Looks so slick and fuss-free! It’s also been really cold here in Toronto for the past week. But yeah, I don’t mind the cold so much as long as it doesn’t start snowing ๐Ÿ˜› Take care babe x
