Once again I visited my tattoo artist for another session. He’s old school and reminds me of a guy in a Harley biker group, I love his nonchalant attitude. I’ve always been told I was born with an old soul and elderly people hold a dear place in my heart. We can talk for hours about the past and somehow I can relate to their stories or retain something from that conversation. Any who I went in with the concept of “coordinates”. I love typewriter font and symbols so I tried to write out my own equation into something that is meaningful to me and unique. The 30 and the 20 represent the days my bugs were born. The triangle is my favorite shape, the three sides are meant to represent my children and me. I used the photos above for inspiration and sketched up my idea. I’m so happy with it and love the placement. As for those who ask what will I do when I get old and have tattoos? Stay true to myself and be fabulous . . .
