As much fun as it is to switch your routine up and test new products I always come back to the same look at the end of the day. It’s a look that I don’t have to put much thought into and it’s almost a uniform for the face. I start out with my Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Even Finish Foundation in 4.5 and apply a light layer with a damp beauty blender sponge. Then I conceal blemishes and spots with the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in Ginger. I don’t set my face right away because I like the foundation to settle into the skin first. I then move onto eyes and I must prime them with the Nars Pro-Prime Eyeshadow base, if not I’ll look like a greasy panda by mid-day. For shadow I love the ease and finish the Urban Decay Basics Palette provides me with. All the shades I need for a natural eye look are all in one place. I then apply Rimmel’s Waterproof Kohl in Nude to the waterline for that open eye effect. I must curl my eyelashes and apply my favorite mascara of all time which is Maybelline’s Full & Soft (waterproof). I find that it adds volume, separates and lengthens enough for everyday. Eyes done so I then finish off the face with a light dusting of the Hourglass Ambient Powder in Dim Light. I then warm up the face with my Jouer Bronzer in Suntan and Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Exposed. I love how subtle the Kevyn Aucoin Candlelight Highlighter is and it’s the best highlighter I’ve tried ever! To fill in the brows I always come back to the Anastasia Brow Wiz in Brunette. Finally for the lips M.A.C Hug Me is the perfect “my lips but better shade” and I’ve gone through about 3 of these!
These products never fail me and always have my back (or maybe I should say face).
